Ben introduced me to Brett Ryders work whilst I was working on 505. He told me that he made work for tea boxes, and when I got home, I realised that I had one. His work really interests me, partly because its so strange, and also because it so clean.
Its as though the strange illustrations are meant to be normal, because he projects them so well.
After 504, I have a love for surreal art. These are absolutely beautiful to me, they're so interesting to look at. Could tell a thousand stories with an illustration like this.
