When we were doing the Easter programme, we talked about googling our names, and whether or not anything inappropriate would come up. So clearly I googled my name straight away, as there aren't many of me.
To my surprise, I found my work posted on the Guardian website!
I remember submitting this ages ago, I just never knew it ever went anywhere.
I got really excited.
After college I need to continue to enter competitions, in order to get my work out there as much as possible. Hopefully with a little more direction though, as now I know I want to go into reportage and documentary.
